Maternity Care Service in Kathmandu – Terms, Process & Work Schedule
Our maternity care services are designed to provide flexible and reliable support for new mothers and newborns. We operate on an hourly basis, offering services six days a week with one designated day off.
Working hours range from a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per day. Service timings are from 06:00 AM to 07:00 PM during summer and 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM during winter, ensuring convenience and safety for both clients and caregivers.
Booking Process
To confirm your maternity care service, a non-refundable advance payment of NPR 2,000 (service charge) is required. This payment can be conveniently made through mobile banking.
Once your booking is confirmed:
- A qualified caregiver will be assigned within 4 to 12 working days.
- Caregiver details, including citizenship information, will be shared via WhatsApp or Viber for transparency and security.
Evaluation Period & Replacement Policy
We provide a 1-week evaluation period to ensure the caregiver meets your expectations.
- If satisfied, you may continue with the same caregiver.
- If not, you can request a replacement by providing valid reasons.
- We offer a maximum of one replacement per month.
Please note:
- The service charge remains valid for 2 months from the booking date.
- Replacement requests after 2 months will require an additional service charge.
- Temporary replacements are not available if the caregiver is on leave.
Terms and Conditions
First Party: Customer
Second Party: Domestic Helper Supply Service Pvt. Ltd.
- The second party is not responsible for any loss or theft at the client’s residence.
- If a caregiver leaves due to mistreatment or inappropriate behavior from the client, replacement is not guaranteed.
- The client must pay the caregiver’s monthly salary directly at the end of each month.
- The NPR 2,000 service charge is non-refundable and valid for 2 months only.
- After 2 months, any new request or replacement requires a new booking with applicable charges.
- The company is not liable for any future legal issues arising during or after service.
- For safety purposes, the client is advised to collect and verify the caregiver’s original documents, including citizenship and family contact details.
- After the 1-week trial period, the client must inform the company regarding continuation or replacement.
- If replacement is requested, the client must first settle payment for the caregiver’s working days.
- A maximum of two caregiver replacements can be provided within one month if required.
