First Party: Customer
Second Party: Maid Agency Kathmandu
1. Liability Disclaimer
The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or missing items occurring at the client’s premises during or after the service period.
2. Worker Conduct & Replacement Policy
If a maid leaves due to inappropriate behavior, mistreatment, or unsafe working conditions at the client’s home, the company is not obligated to provide an immediate replacement.
3. Salary Payment
The client (first party) must pay the maid’s monthly salary directly to the worker at the end of each working month without delay.
4. Booking & Reservation Fee (Rs. 2,000 Plan)
• A non-refundable booking fee of Rs. 2,000 is required to reserve a maid.
• This reservation remains valid for up to 2 months from the booking date.
• After the validity period, a new booking and service charge will be required to continue or request a replacement.
5. Replacement & Trial Policy
• A 1-week trial period will be provided for evaluation.
• After the trial, the client must confirm satisfaction.
• If not satisfied, the client must pay salary for the worked days.
• The company will then arrange a replacement.
• A maximum of two replacements are allowed within one month under this policy.
6. Documentation Responsibility
For safety and verification purposes, the client may request and keep copies of the maid’s identification documents such as citizenship, emergency contact details, and family information if necessary.
7. Long-Term Booking Plan (Rs. 12,000 Annual Package)
• The Rs. 12,000 booking fee is strictly non-refundable.
• This package is valid for 12 months (1 year).
• Renewal of the booking requires payment of Rs. 12,000 again after expiry.
8. Replacement Coverage (Annual Plan)
• The assigned maid is covered under company insurance.
• If the maid leaves within the contract period, up to 5 replacements will be provided within 12 months.
9. Uniform & Identification
The company will provide the maid with an official uniform (T-shirt) and an ID card for identification purposes.
10. Leave & Temporary Replacement
• The maid may take up to 2 days of leave per month.
• The company will provide a temporary replacement if required.
• The client must inform the company at least 24 hours before the leave.
11. Legal Disclaimer
The company is not responsible for any future legal disputes arising during or after employment. However, the company will cooperate fully in any official investigation if required.
